Shipping Policy
All Petals and Tails standard shipping rates and policies apply to all items when shipped within the U.S., including free shipping on qualifying orders (99.99$ and above). International shipping may not be available for all items.
When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
Processing times
Orders are processed at 8:00pm EST and shipped next day between 10:00 am and 1:00pm EST. Orders placed before 8:00pm EST will be shipped next day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Track my order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. (may not be available for USPS)

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Petals and Tails LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Missing Orders
If you have not yet recieved your order by your estimated delivery item please submit the following form and a customer representative will look into your order.
* Do not submit this form if you paid for standard shipping and less than 3 weeks have passed since placing the order.
