*not applicable on discounted items such as our package deals AND shampoos and conditioners by the gallon.
Please note in order to get a full refund the items must be shipped back to us (opened or unopened) and shipping is not included.
To request a refund please email us at INFO@petalsandtails.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
All international orders will come with a tracking number. International orders may have 3-5 days of processing time before they ship.
Refunds will be approved if you mail back your items and they are unused and unopened within 14 days of receiving your order.
We are not responsible for the shipping fee to mail them back.
If the items get stuck in customs for whatever reason, we are not responsible and no refund can be issued.
If the order is lost, you can file a claim with the shipping carrier but we are not responsible and will not send a replacement order.
If an item is damaged we can send a refund for that item but not a replacement (this is due to the high shipping cost) If you place a separate order with more items and pay for the shipping again, then within that order we can send the replacement.
There are no exchanges for international orders.
